Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

OR You can send us a customization job request by creating a new ticket in here and selecting Customization Request as the category.

Please check Additional checkout guest fields > Phone Number and Email Address.

Can you please provide sample .ics  File to debug issue so that we can match the date in our ics file.

4. Please try deactivating your licenses by going to EventON > Licenses > License Status: ACTIVATED | Deactivate > Click Deactivate. And then activate them again.

and try and add this email address to activate: info@nextlevelgc.com (instead of info@theessentialwebsite.com) it’s not taking it. It will only activate with my email address (info@theessentialwebsite.com) not Njsane’s.

Hi – Ok, fixed the tile height – thank you.

Still looking for a way to have a show more events button or arrows or something that people can click to see any other upcoming events. The “Show More Events” button isn’t showing.

Here’s the code I have for the first screenshot below

Another question about the code above – it I’m telling it to show 2 months, why is it only showing 1? Yes, I know we’re in Nov still but there are no more events in Nov, so shouldn’t it show Dec and Jan?

Also, if I add

event_count="2"

it still doesn’t show the button, only removes some of the event (and I want it to show all that for each month here)

Ok, I think I have the orig item #2 above mostly working the way I want (on this page: https://nextlevel.wordkeeper.net/events-next-level/ ) – now, I just need the

show_limit="yes" show_limit_ajax="yes"

to work/show the “Show more events” button or arrows to show more upcoming events.

I’ve added test events into Jan so something should pop up, I’ve been playing with dozens of shortcode combos for a couple of hours and can’t quite get it.

Hi, have another question:

The event featured images the client created are 280px high. I’ve edited this (image attached) setting to 280px but it’s still showing the 200px high version (even after clearing cache, etc.) Only noticeable on the home page: nextlevel.wordkeeper.net where the tile style is used.

Do I need to edit this setting somewhere else or is it easier to just tell the client to make the images 200px high?

1) Added the plugin and changed the code to:
[add_eventon_el number_of_months=”12″ event_count=”2″ hide_month_headers=”yes” hide_empty_months=”yes” tiles=”yes” tile_bg=”1″ tile_style=”1″ ]

Perfect!

2) I added this as you suggested:

show_limit="yes" show_limit_ajax="yes"

But… still unable to get arrows to show up (so visitors can scroll to other months) or the option to show Types of Events – can you help with that?

4) Lastly, on the account here: https://www.myeventon.com/my-account/, the license is set up for info@theessentialwebsite.com is it possible to change to info@nextlevelgc.com instead? I’ve update Njsane’s account but it didn’t change the email associated with the license. I know once you’ve updated, I’ll need to re-verify/re-activatete the plugin license. So, please let me know when I can do that.
