Please try updating your add-ons and see if it helps. I just checked the same issue on our test site and it works correctly. Admin can see custom meta fields on the submission form.

In order to download the latest versions, you need to make sure that your subscription is renewed. More info:

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process.
