Hi,
Thank you very much for the instruction, I see the settings is under RSVP.
We are using the Ticket addon, what’s the different between RSVP and Ticket?
After purchasing the ticket, is there anything else they have to do, for example click RSVP in order to receive the reminder ? Or when users purchase ticket, the emails will automatically sent?
meant to make that last reply private, if you are able to change it.
thanks! 👍 btw, I purchased another license and it took me 30 minutes to make sure i was purchasing the right thing. the home page has so much stuff and when you get down to the bottom where you can ‘set up your calendar’ you’re not really sure what to choose. so i wound up clicking all over the site, and when i did go to envato i still wasn’t sure this was the version to buy. i’m sure i was overthinking it, or not focused enough, or just not remembering the environment, but in case the feedback helps. might be other challenged folks out there besides me. haha… thanks for listening.
Artem,
I need you to understand that I havent not done any of the customisation or alterations to date. If you refer to my previous ticket, Dave done all the work required to make it work. I didn’t do anything. He done it all for us as we were having issues with the integration, themes etc.
That said, your instructions suggest disabling WordPress plugins. My inital ticket submission tells you I was disabling plugins to determine another issue unrelated to EventOn which then created the issue. Had I have not disabled any plugins, EventOn was working fine before disabling the plugins and re-enabling them.
Thank you Artem! I understand now what’s the issue, it’s not about the quotes (sorry, my bad when posting here, in the WP post/page, the shortcode uses the correct quotes). The issue is on my understanding or month/year long events.
The events I’m trying to group are events that span for months, but not all are month long events… for instance, an event from 15 march 2014 till 30 june 2015. This is an event that lasts more than one year, but it’s not an monthly or yearly event…
Since I’ve a few of those, I’m not sure how could I filter/group those events, so new events are placed on top, or that have visibility over events that will last for a long time…
