“Default Seat Price” is set to 0.00 on Seats layout on every seat:

Could you please tell us why do you manually update associated with events product? The product should only be handled by EventON, that’s why all Tickets’ products are hidden.

Please go to EventON > EventTop > choose “Select Default Calendar EventTop Style: Colorful with gap between events”.

Now go to Edit Event > Colors > enable Set Gradient Colors.

Should work now. Please check and let me know.

My client prefers leaving out the labels in the e-mail (see other ticket). So if the other ticket can be resolved quicker, this question can be closed as well.

Unless this option is easier, than a solution for this question is OK as well.

I got it resolved on your website.

We have refunded for this addon. However we will continue to work on this issue to get this resorted.

The full Cal addon for unlimited would cost $900. and ICS addon would be $650.
