EventON 4.9 isn’t available at the moment, but will be very soon. After it’ll become available, please follow:

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

If the issue continues, please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Please update Event Lists: Ext add-on as well.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Could you update it and then let us know, so we can check the website? I believe that we can fix the issue if we can check the updated version on your website.

Could you try adding the code to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS?

Could you go to EventON > EventTop > make sure that Event Image is added?

Also go to EventON > EventCard > add Featured Image.

Please also try adding show_et_ft_img=”yes” to your shortcodes.

Unfortunately not Ashan.

I have updated, cleared cache. Cleared server cache. Used private browser and STILL its not loading maps until refreshed. And this is across all sites

www.dinosauradventurelive.com is the one I’m using to test

Is there any other solution to this? If not, because we’re confusing all our users I think I’m going to have to remove myeventon 🙁 which is really frustrating as I’ve loved using it for years
