Your website leads to “This site can’t be reached” message. Could you check?

As for the issue, please make sure to update to the latest version of Tickets add-on.

To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

My friend. if you’ve modified the host file, you already have access to the cloned version of the website.

We CAN NOT touch the official one as it is online and we can’t make it go offline (or break it and leave it broken until the resolution of this problem)

I upgraded to 2.05, and now it won’t let me activate my licence.

No, I’m tired of waiting. I already disabled this plugin and started using The Events Calendar and I’ve had zero issues.

All of these little glitches- that may seem perfectly acceptable to you- are not perfectly acceptable to your customers.
