Right, I created them without a user. The idea is that any visitor to the website, not users, can submit events through the submission form and then the website manager can look at the event manager page and decide which events to include on the website and publish.

Is that possible?

Artem the debug.log showed nothing related to that issue, as I expected.

Just go to the cart and you will see the issue.

The event has only one additional price option. The calculated subtotal is the base_price * amount + option.

But it should be (base_price + option) * amount. On the right it is calculated correctly.

I have 2 more things I need:

Is it possible to get the bookers names on the invoice?

And another invoice issue:  I would need the ticket price separately listed. Is this possible?

If not, I can program, so I would be grateful if you could point me to the right direction.

I used to travel alot for work- however I had botched surgery 10 years ago and as a result couldn’t sit properly for 3 years- I am OK Ish now I can sit again- but my corporate business was destroyed as i could no longer fly lost all my clients. and is now doing very local work. (found a doc who is reparing the botched work)

I guess we can close this off now and mark it resolved.

I wonder if your timezones are off

so if the calendar is set to show 0gmt- but your events are set to show say -11gmt then those events on the 7th might appear on the 8th

make sure thetime zone in

settings>>>>general (from wordpress dashboard)

and

myeventon>>>settings>>>>time settings

and

on each event the timezone selector is the same

then in myeventon>>>settings>>>>time settings
there is an option to Apply default timezone to all events which will default all future created events to the timezone you set

or it could be your plugin is out of date so you would need to buy it again

EventOn main should be the latest version. We can’t update the Daily View because the developer who installed it didn’t give us the license or login (even though we paid for the Add On) and we don’t work with them anymore.

If we just need to update, I guess we can pay again. That’s what we did with the main calendar plugin.

we would have to know what pro is doing in order to make a fix- we do have loads of pro users who are not experiencing this issue

if I may ask why wouldn’t the plugin organiser option work?
