Is this related to your order #228244 for RSVP Events addon?  This order and #228188 are still active at the moment and set to autorenew. As you can see in our website, checkout there are conditions mentioned that unless cancelled the renewals will be run automatically. 

First step you could do is, login to myeventon.com/my-account and cancel orders you do not want to renew.  

See how it is showing ”class-event-variations_options.php:1)” — this means the error for showing an error message. It is not the error itself. We will need to find out what the actual error is. 

Are you able to share wp-admin access via ”Access Info” on the right side? We are not able to replicate this issue on our end so we will have to see how it happen in your website to be able to help you remedy this. 

Hello There Ryan, we have updated the verification process to support other license types, please try the verification process now. it should work fine.

Once you verify as artem mentioned above, update to latest versions where we have specifically addressed the Apple express checkout with tickets. 

We went ahead and refunded you for the order and the subcription is also now cancelled.

Okay I found out that its because the list now is the initials of the attendees rather than their full names. can this be turned off?
