we can’t really help without admin access sorry

gotta figure what you have done incorrectly or you may have done it correctly but  its not compadible but we are just guessing without access- its like going to a doctor and saying you feel sick but not letting the doctor examine you. it could be something as simply as a full stop out of place or an extra ” added and it stuffs up the entire page

you could use something like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-hide-admin-menu-items/
to give us access- and you can hide- wocomerce, user and anything else you want to hide from us- we would need access to eventon and the theme

You’re looking at this for us is appreciated. The settings make no sense as far as I can see but welcome you taking a look to see how this can be fixed or if it is a bug.
