But do I have to purchase DailyView separately to use it, or can I use the shortcode even if I’ve already bought EventOn Basic + the Weekly View plugin?

Is it something planned in a roadmap, or someting that we can easily achieve with the actions provided during import?

7.5 Subscription Renewal Reminder Emails

• Our system is set up to auto send reminder emails 3 days prior to renewal to the email address that was used when addons were purchased.
• You do not qualify for a refund of renewals on the basis “you never received a reminder” and for below situations.
  • If reminder email got bounced back or was not delivered
  • If reminder email went into your spam folder and was auto trashed
  • If you have changed your email and the reminder email was sent to original email which you no longer have access to or does not exists
• You may check with us for system logs on auto reminder emails, and if a reminder email was indeed not sent out from the system, you will be eligible for refund for a renewal order.

Are you trying to update it manually or through autoupdate?

Could you try going to and click ”Verify Codecanyon Purchase” to get the latest version of EventON:

https://www.myeventon.com/full/

Once you have the latest version zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure ”Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is De-slected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it.

After the update you’ll be able to update the plugin in the future from wp-admin > Plugins.

To update eventon to latest version: (If auto update works, please try that from with your website plugins page)

1. If you purchased eventON from codecanyon > Go to EventON Full page and verify your purchase to get a free copy of eventON latest version and move your purchase over to myeventon.com.
2. If you already purchased eventON from myeventon.com go to My Account > Downloads and get the latest version copy.

Once you have the latest version zip file.
