Could you make sure that you are installing the correct archive?

Please go to CodeCanyon > Account > Downloads > click on “Installable WordPress file only”:

Hello,

Please check https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/terms-and-conditions-and-refund-policy/ > 7. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal > 7.4 Subscription Refunds. A renewal reminder mail was sent before the charge was made. We had given you opportunity to cancel if you didn’t want the renewal.

The subscription can be canceled at any time by following:

Hi, thanks for your help, we managed to fix it. Now we have another problem, the plugin is loading slowly. Do you know what the reason is and what we should do?

I found out that WP-Rocket caused the issue. Can you tell me what king of files oder folder we should exclude from caching or optimizing?

Hello,

Admin will continue adding events as before but would be able to assign an event to a specific user – workshop facilitator – as his event.

Admins can assign events to users from the back-end only:

https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/assign-users-events/

Can we then somehow enable rsvp daily digest to go to workshop facilitator? And if not will workshop facilitator be able to login and see and manage the rsvps for the event assigned to his as his?

Users can manage their events and RSVPs from “Action User – Event Manager”:

Try on

https://dev.myeventon.com/wp-admin/

If the above is not possible is there a hook to the daily email digest sending function that I would use to then write my own modification that would send the digest to the correct person based on event name instead of to admin.

We unable to help with PHP customizations since it’s against CodeCanyon’s Support Policy, I am afraid.
