Just checking in and looks like you were able to update to the latest version of eventON 4.8.2 and if you need the licnese key again in the future below screenshot shows where to find it. If you have any issues getting the update please contact envato.

I deactivated the submission form field “Special Event Edit Fields (exclude, feature and event status)” because it was only a duplicate of the form field “event status”.

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

@media (max-width: 480px) { .color .eventon_events_list .eventon_list_event .evcal_list_a { flex-direction: row; } }

I was able to access wp-admin. The issue is that I cannot add plugins that I need to test this.

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

I also think that the theme can cause the issue so could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation?
