I just did tests on our test site:

As you can see two identical copies were created.

Could you try disabling Classic Editor plugin and try duplicating it again?

If the issue continues, could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation?

Hello,

I went to EventON > Location > enabled Use Openstreetmap API to get geolocation coordinates. Now Lat/Long values can be generated:

update. We are not sure what’s happened but in fact it seems it is not an issue with SMTP but that some settings are not considered anymore. The last email sent out for notification was on next Thursday. But we occasionally receive notification when a user changes its RSVP.

Please let us know something because this is a very difficult one for us. Thank you.
