We are using these 2 plugins in 25 sites. before going to live, we created a staging site for each and installed event plugin there, now we have deactivated it there. and using it in live site. But in our eventon profile dashboard it didnt show all 25 site are active. can you check from your end which sites it is active?

I have updated to 5.0.10 but its still showing to manually upload calender even though giving an url

Additionally, if your site has any IP blocking or security restrictions in place, kindly disable them temporarily to facilitate our support process.

3. When two users try to edit the same Page, Post, Event, WordPress will show a popup covering the whole area and one of users won’t be able to edit the content.

You don’t need to auto-renew the main plugin, only add-ons. So you can just keep using it.
