While I investigate, I also noticed that the ‘Configure’ button is spelled incorrectly. It not says ‘Confiure’. Probably not related but you might want to fix that.

You would need to send us some referance information to look up the addon order from myeventon.com 

You mention main event edit admin page content is not loading. Have you tried hard cache refresh on the page after updating to new version because there are lot of javascript changes and if you have cahce loading old js files that may cause the edit settings to not show because they are loaded via ajax in the newer version.

My edit page is different because I classic editor instead of Gutenberg. That is the only difference. Does Eventon support wordpress sites without Gutenberg editor?

The web host has confirmed they have switched PHP to 8.0 from 8.0 native, allowing them to set “display errors”
