We’re having issues where the calendar breaks (won’t load next or previous month and calendar tiles won’t load/ghost load). When it does this I have to purge the website cache and then it starts working again. It broke when we were showing 20 clients the calendar in a conference room. Really bad timing. It also was broken when I came into work this morning. Is there anyway you could login and check it out? I need to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Hello,

Please go to EventON > EventCard > try a different Feature image display style.

Usually when you change it, then save EventON Settings, then change it back, it should work. Could you try and let me know?

That makes sense – it not something that we are switching on when the booking is auto created so I can go through and make sure that is on in all the old bookings and new ones going forward

No, it is not private.

Please test it in this way; If you go to this page (https://helpdesk.ashanjay.com/ticket/countdown-time-is-running-3-hours-behind-of-event-time/) from any browser that you have not signed in, you can see the all page content. Please remove that page. Thank you.

I discovered the when I edit the capacity/amount, save the RSVP window and NOT UPDATE the event, it works. but that is not the way you would expect it to work. The capacity should not change back to the old amount after updating the event.
