Thank you for your great suggestion, at the moment it is not supported. However please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Please go to /wp-content/plugins/eventon-action-user/templates/ change notif_email.php. But after every Action User update, you need to apply the same customization again.

Since all our products are Virtual, WooCommerce removes all shipping charges for such products. More info:

unfortunately we are getting no support from the developer of what might be the conflicting plugin. Currently the site is operating with the bare minimum of plugins enabled and temp additional memory to try and keep the business going. This is what is happening with EventOn tickets: I managed to put on two separate events plus two duplicates for end Feb/Mar.  I found it really hard to add the others.  As before, the main event details did not appear so could not add in date, time, location, teacher etc. Why would it work for some and others not?
