If it is another plugin causing the issues there isnot much we can do. May be you are able to find an alternative for them?

Sorry for the delay Davide we have gone ahead and refunded and subscription is also cancelled. If you have more questions, kindly send us a new ticket and we would be more than happy to help you resolve your issues!

We have resolved it and will release an update with this fix. 4.8 version will be going out later today 🙂

We do not have any account at myeventon.com for that email. COuld it be possible yu purchased using another email?

I am sorry Jean, we can not accept payments directly into our bank account for software purchases. Are you able to use paypal as payment method at the check out?
