The same on dev2 and it’s possible to drag and drop them, but the main issue is “We cannot just drag the position for the 1000 time slots we have…“.

thank you for your advice. I updated to 2.4.7 and activated. With all the necessary plugins activated the WP debugging plugin produces this list of errors. I did not follow the instructions in your link as I do not have any access to the hosting server to give you FTP access. What do you make of these errors:
