Ooooo that might explain why PHP 7.4 is an old version. please update the PHP version to 8.0 We are doing our test on PHP 8.3.9
Try that and then clear cache and give it a try and see if that helps.

I have made some code change in your website that will allow you to edit this text string. But your website cache is not loading the updated file. please try clear cache on your website. Otherwise this code change will be in the next version of eventON .
Once the new code load into page. you should be able to enter the translated text string for this above field.

Hi yes we are aware of this. It seems omething on the sanitization front has changed from wordpress core, which sanitize the HTML tags and remove them. So please allow us some time to device a better solution to handle the HTML content inside custom fields.
We are currently quite slammed with tickets, so this might take a bit of time and we greatly appreciate your patience!

Hey artem if you get in here after they gave permission can you disable all the plugins and activate one by one and then see what is causing jquery to not load on page. open web browser with console on.

Giovanni, we see you are wanting this resolved quickly. Lets see what we can do since it seems a 3rd party conflict. so lets see what we can do from eventON side of things.
First off you have 64 active plugins. Your site is loading quite slow for me. Ok looking at your website. It seems the jquery is not loaded on the page, that could be a huge impact on many things. EventON need jquery for it to function properly.
Only way to see whos stopping jquery load on the page is to disable all the plugins and actiate one by one and see what is causing this. Can we do that on this staging site? Do we have your permission?
