We do not have any account at myeventon.com for that email. COuld it be possible yu purchased using another email?

I am sorry Jean, we can not accept payments directly into our bank account for software purchases. Are you able to use paypal as payment method at the check out?

here is the note from our system log. Seems like you have removed the booking addon from your subscription in 2022.

You would need to re-purchase a new license Benjamine.
