Please try updating to 2.4.7. To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!
After the update please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.
Unfortunately, this is the only way at the moment. Please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

Yes that is what we are doing at the moment. We sometimes have sections of 100 where we are only selling 10 seats in that area so having to turn them all off is very time consuming especially when there is a button to turn everything on across the map but not to turn them off
The developer is not responding to the support ticket I raised. I thought maybe we should try to proceed without this plugin but now I am seeing the same problem as soon as I activate the Elementor page builder plugin – again this has never been a source of conflict previously. Do I need to update to the most recent version of Event Tickets? I am still at 2.4.5 after the various rollbacks.
I have disabled this plugin?
