Hey artem if you get in here after they gave permission can you disable all the plugins and activate one by one and then see what is causing jquery to not load on page. open web browser with console on.

Giovanni, we see you are wanting this resolved quickly. Lets see what we can do since it seems a 3rd party conflict. so lets see what we can do from eventON side of things.

First off you have 64 active plugins. Your site is loading quite slow for me. Ok looking at your website. It seems the jquery is not loaded on the page, that could be a huge impact on many things. EventON need jquery for it to function properly.

Only way to see whos stopping jquery load on the page is to disable all the plugins and actiate one by one and see what is causing this. Can we do that on this staging site? Do we have your permission?

Ashan,

Strange issue with Event Schema:

Description exists, but Google states otherwise. Could you check?

On dev2 there are similar issues:

In Troubleshooting Mode the heat map is visible and also you can see next months:

https://www.bcs-calendar.com/wp-admin/site-health.php?tab=troubleshoot

Do you have some kind of Page Speed functionality installed on WordPress?

Could you disable it for a test?

As for “the next month disappears when clicking the arrows on the full calendar”, it seems that your page builder’s container affects FullCal’s styling or the theme.

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.

Hello,

Please send us wp-admin access to your site as a private message for us to further assist your situation.

Could you go to wp-admin > Events > Event Type > make sure that there are events in the future assigned to 526?
