when you tap on the 23rd and 24th code appears above the events list
“,”location”:[{“@type”:”Place”,”name”:”Juanitos Prime Meats”,”address”:{“@type”: “PostalAddress”,”streetAddress”:”4812 W Clearwater Ave.”}}]}
now this can very very very easily stuff up the calendar- it could be code within the event description or within the location- which is adding some HTML that stuffs up the calendar
so iether let us see the admin side so we can check it out but if you don’t want to do that check out events on those dates and also the clearwater address to see if theres extra code in there
Hello,
Activate the license on the main website and test things out on the dev one. Everything should work (on dev) except EventON > Shortcode Generator. So just open the main website and then go to EventON > Shortcode Generator.
We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.
If you have a moment, we would greatly appreciate if you could kindly leave us a review at Codecanyon. By going to your account > Downloads. We are very grateful for your kind review!
I dont want to mess with your live events. Is there an event we can see the stock went to 0 from the live events?
Another thing is for an event the associated WC product for eg. https://deesnursery.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=63504&action=edit
I wonder if there is something in your system that adjust the product stock to 0 from another plugin or a theme…
There is a new update to the tikcets addon v 2.4.6 which solve the issue when ticket stock is saved via lightbox and if the event is saved afterward the stock value get erased. So lets try updating to latest version and see if that resolve the stock going to 0.
It is Envato. This ticket is private. Kindly share the wp-admin access to your site along with your key and we can see why you are not able to activate the eventON license and get auto updates for eventON.
Thank you Erica for using EventON for your client. Sorry to hear it did not work out. I have gone ahead with the refund.
We hope you will use EventON for future projects where it fits 🙂
Kind Regards!
I decided to run through step 1 again and I have found that when WooCommerce is deactivated the Add New Event page fields load – this is version 9.5.1
How do you suggest we proceed since EvantOn needs WooCommerce to function?
Thank you . That worked. You can close this ticket.
This website has been active on the installed theme since 2021 and the documentation you have linked to suggests 1. deactivate all plugins one by one and then 2. to switch to the default wordpress theme. What I don’t understand is how a theme that is active and has been for 3 years, alongside the EventOn plugin, can be the cause of the issue when neither has conflicted previously?
