I purchased it on Envato, the user is runwaymedia and editor@runway.net is the email, is there a regiration page? Or how do I go about having a account if I purchased on Envato? thank you

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

Usually such issue is coming from lack of memory limit on the server.

Please try going to EventON > Time Settings > disable Hide past events for default calendar(s).

Now add event_past_future=”future” to the shortcode.

By default when you use event_past_future=”future” it classifies past events based on Event End Date/Time instead of Start Date/Time.

But they all basically the same event, correct? You can either remove the repeating one of individual events.
