In troubleshooting mode these fields are indeed nicely stacked below each other. When actually sending an e-mail, you will see (in the Outlook application) that the fields are all next to each other 🙁 .

There is an issue we are working on at the moment that when you update the event itself, it removes event’s capacity. Could you try only saving this window without saving the whole event:

Could you update EventON, Tickets, Bookings as well as EventON – Ticket Variations & Options?

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. To update eventon addons: You can download latest eventon addons from myeventon > my account. Then you can go to your website, deactivate old addon and install new one and activate then delete the old addon. This link will further explain the process. Oh I’m certain the issue isn’t with EventON itself but just that it wasn’t mixing well with something else. I’ll try those next steps and see what happens.

Can we make a request about adding the feature of creating automatic randomized colors for the event tops?
