Gianni, we work very hard to improve our software and update and resolve issues very frequently.

Our EventON addons are on 1 year subscription which you have agreed to when you purchase our addons from myeventon.com

If you do not have a valid subscription you can not download the latest updates.

You can learn more about eventON licenses at https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/licensing-eventon-products/

 

Essentially, you paid for an yearly subscription in October 2023. and your 1 year of updates and support has passed.

I believe that we are going to change EventON Lite to similar in the future. We are glad your issue is resolved, if you have any further questions or concerns please create a new ticket.

Hello,

Please go to EventON > Single Events > enable Shareable Options.

Also go to EventON > Event Card > make sure that Social Share Icons is enabled.

So, to re download a plugin i’ve buyed i have to re pay???

Just a heads up. I’m going to temporarily disable, IP Blocking and Caching on the site to make it easier for EventON’s help desk to debug.

You’ll see the WordFence, WP Rocket and iQ Block Country,  reCaptcha Pro by BestWebSoft disabled while EventON helpdesk is working on this ticket.
