Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon.
Events aren’t visible because they aren’t assigned to any of Event Type. For example,

As dave has mentioned the eventon setting will move old events into trash but if you want to set up WordPress to automatically delete those trash posts from your website. Here is the guide for that 🙂

As for the evo_tax_meta table. That is where all the extra taxonomy data for things like event_type is saved.
This is usually cached in the WordPress. But you can also utilize extra cache layers like database cache from control panel in your website.

also the clinics or July and August are showing up on Home page but are not showing up on Schedule – East coast page.

For now, i set to d/m/y. Works fine. But default isnt working. In image, the first one is the one used in Brazil
