You can use the current functionality of Weekly or Monthly Repeat Types, then save your event and refresh the page. After switch to Event Repeat Type: Custom > delete unnecessary repeats.

Are you referring to the issue described by Mathias Mõttus? We are working on it, the next version should have a fix.

Could you comment all custom styles that affect arrows?

The error says that it allocated 488MB and tried to allocate 400MB more. Could you try increasing memory limit more? Memory limit isn’t RAM or related to server’s memory, so please try increasing it.

I had an issue where once in a suddon the events page was gone, and i had to re-define it in the settings. Perhaps after update?

The memory is already at 999Mb, it was upped last year when I experienced the same error.
