Wow, that was it! I pressed “Save,” and everything started working immediately. I can’t believe such a simple step—missing the save—caused the function to break.
I do have one question: why doesn’t the system retain previous settings until a save is completed? I’ll definitely never forget this now.

I downloaded the addon archive from the MyEventON website and installed it using the WordPress installer.
However, it seems that the JavaScript file is indeed missing from the source files I downloaded from the website.
And there is another problem. I tried to import events from an ical url.
This is the actual URL which is working in a browser:

However when i save the url is changed to:

With this url the access and the import of the events from the ics file isn’t working. The popup “ICS File Processing” shows the right url and the error: “Can not access the ICS file remotely. Make sure ICS file URL is correct.”.
I cannot find Tickets add-on purchase on your account. Could you send us Order ID, as well as email and add-on’s license code?
