Just a question, are you guys planning on creating a shortcode builder that is more visual? Because I struggle understanding it even though it is probably very straightforward to most people.

if I copy the event with a very small map it’s ok but since my events have big seat map, when I copy it, even the tickets are not copied

Yes I already did that. Right now when I try to duplicate it does not copy the tickets and seat map

It is happening these days sometimes and probably after try to load his page

theres a few ways

[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”1″ event_count=”1″ hide_empty_months=”yes” show_et_ft_img=”yes”] should be what you are after

and then you could use the  live calendar now shortcode but hide events happening now so it only shows an upcoming event

[add_eventon_now hide_now=”yes” show_et_ft_img=”yes”]

the shortcode you are currently using is taking things from the main calendar and the events list and they don’t work together
number_of_months= does not work with the main calendar

the shortcode generator is found at myeventon>>>>settings>>>>shortcodes

main calendar shows one month only at a time with the ability to switch months- it cannot hide empty months
events list will show however many months you want to show- you can’t switch months but you can hide empty months
