Hello,
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
Hello,
By default London/Europe is 0:00. +1:00 is Daylight time. EventON should change it automatically is you choose 0:00.
You can also choose any +1:00 timezone available.
We have gone ahead and issues the refund for you. We hope you will try eventON in the future for clients that best fits its capabilities 🙂
Would you have time to check this please? My client is urging me to seek a new plugin, but I’d like to stay with Eventon.
Perfect, thank you for your fast response and working solution.
I really didn’t have time for this. I lost a lot of pageviews because the plugin wasn’t working.
The order IDs for refunding for the add-ons is #198481 and #198481
How do I get a refund from CodeCanyon. There is absolutely nowhere for me to click on. It feels like a dark pattern trying to figure it out.
Thank you!
Hello,
I believe that the issue is in minifying functionality. Could you try disabling it and/or try WP fastest cache plugin instead of your current one?
Ok, I will send an invite. One thing to note, due to client pressure, I had to manually input all the missing events from 2025 and a few from early 2026. I’m not sure how that will look when you investigate further.
What is CSS minification?
CSS minification is the process of removing unneeded code from CSS source files, with the goal of reducing file size without changing how the CSS file executes in the browser. By stripping unnecessary data from the CSS code, minification helps the browser download and process these files faster, increasing page performance and improving user experience.
Most cache plugins have the minifying functionality built-in.
Instead of your current cache plugin, please try WP fastest cache plugin.
