I have disabled litespeed cache – the problem is fixed but now my site is running really slowly.

Can you let me know what fixes I need to be able to run litespeed

Thanks in advance

Helen

Hello,

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header):

.evoslider.multiSlider .evo_slider_slide_out .eventon_list_event, .evo_slider_slide_out, .eventon_sorting_section, .evo_filter_bar, .calendar_header span.cal_head_btn, .calendar_header span.cal_head_btn, .evoFC .eventon_fc_daynames, .evoFC .eventon_fullcal .eventon_fc_daynames .evo_fc_day:first-child, .evoFC .eventon_fullcal .eventon_fc_daynames .evo_fc_day:last-child { border-radius:0 !important }

Just FYI we are kind of swamped at the moment with cyber sales orders and plugin development work so may take few days to get back 🙂

When you activate the plugin, the activation process will send out your an encoded URL of your website for our verification purpose to make sure licenses are installed and activated on the purchased number of sites.

Aside from that NO other data from your website is collected or sent over to our servers. Everything is saved and used from within your website.

Kindly update to the latest version of tickets addon 2.4.5 https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/changelog-event-tickets/

that should resolve the importer not saving the SKU and price values into ticket. With this version you should be able to edit the CSV and import it and update the ticket values easily 🙂

I have tried choosing “Day scrolling style at start & end of month / continuous scrolling”
