Yes, I can provide FTP access. Please provide the email address you want to use. I will use this to invite you to access the Kinsta dashboard, where you can get the SFTP credentials.

Hello,

I just want to make clear that i have events with the same SKU. Suddenly it seems that from an update i can’t use the same SKU on different events. When i put a existing SKU (for example WS-S-01, it changes to WS-S-01-569)

I prefer not to use the option of repeated events

Sorry Jason for the delay been busy with cyber sale setting up.

Is it possible to provide us FTP access to eventon-ics-importer folder?

Maybe we can add event ID for the ICS events that is already existing in your website and then we can cross reference easily to see if its creating an event or no.

Hello there, Artem shared the debug log from your site.

>>[16-Nov-2024 08:46:22 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_id() on null in /var/www/vhosts/elegancecafe.it/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-vouchers/includes/class-woo-vou-public.php:1249

This issue is coming from a 3rd party plugin. We can not fix someone else’s plugin. I would suggest you reach out to them with the above error code and see if they can provide you with updated code to get that resolved.

Because eventon tickets is closely tied to WC product system, any errors caused by other plugins within that system will stop tickets addon from working properly.
