I tried using your method of downloading the CSV but all I get is the headers, the file contains no data even though I have a few events. I tried creating a brand new event with tickets and without any recurring events but still could not get any data in the exported CSV file.

I need the exported CSV file in order to know what’s the data needed for the CSV imports.

Why am I not seeing any data?

will there be a refund if the CSV importer will not work as expected?

thats a woocomerce function- now its dependant on how they paid

you might have an automatic refund from your wordpress site if you are using paypal- or possibly stripe

once you click the refund button you will see what options you have

all depends on your payment method if they allow refunds

in myeventon>>>>settings>>>>single events you have toggled show social icons only on single events pages

I have untoggled that so they appear on both the calendar and single event page

On Google Calendar:

Click the + button next to Other Calendars.
Choose From URL.
Enter URL at prompt (https://www.bancroftpto.org/ptocalendar).
Error received (see previous response).
*** This one does actually add it to the Other Calendar list, but it isn’t populating any of the events into the actual calendar, and does provide an error when adding it. ***

On Apple Calendar:

File – New Calendar Subscription.
Enter URL at prompt (https://www.bancroftpto.org/ptocalendar).
Click Subscribe.
Error received (see previous response).
