I can’t reproduce this error on the dev site so it could be another plugin causing the issue

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation to make sure your issue is indeed coming from eventon. at the very least that will tell us theplugins are not the cause

personally I’d wait- perhaps have both sites running- and on the .org event- redirect them to the .com site to purchase the ticket and I’d do that for all events currently in progress

once that event is over & future events to be purchased on the .org site.

it can get messy transfering databases with lots of potential for data loss and confusing for all .com ticket holders

checking in guests from 2 different sites could cause issues on the event day itself

So I wonder if the waitlist rsvp had 2 capacity and then to make space for it, the RSVP capacity was increased.  We are looking into this now.

How can we replicate this 5->10 to 10->15 issue on our end? what did you do to create that issue?

Adding the url to google calendr worked fine for me. 

How are you trying to add the RSS feed into google calendar?

So it will show they have imported, but when you close the window and go to find them, they’re not there. And you can see the total events count hasn’t changed either. Usually, the new events will show up under Drafts. When I first tried it, it worked for about five events (not all of them). After that, I can’t get any of the others to come in. It says they have imported, but they’re not there

Interesting it works fine for me. on your website in importing and I am able to click on the imported event and see it was actually imported

They grey out check marks mean events have already been imported.

Please help me understand what part is not working?

Yes we can add that and send you a new invoice. What is the order ID you are wanting to include this in?

There is a new versinofor reminders 0.10 please update. That should resolve lot of these issues with reminders not making cron jobs.
