you need to enable billing on your google maps api

after cross referencing you’ll need to mark the orders as complete

just click the completed button and then that will trigger the tickets being sent to the customer

it will also show up when you view attendees or download the csv

a hassle to do for the orders you have but once the auto complete takes over you wont have to worry about it (its a cash grab by woocomerce to make people pay for that important feature)

woocomerce doesn’t auto update the orders to completed even with paypal  they have a paid for plugin that does that for $70- so instead of buying it we worked it into our plugin so toggle that on and test again

for those on hold for now log into paypal and cross reference them- but the toggle above should work for future orders
theres also a free plugin that will auto complete the orders if the ticket version doesn’t work

you can see who has bought tickets on the edit event page

in myeventon>>>settings>>>>event top- I have activated the show edit button
this is for the admin only who can only see and interact with it (makes it easy to edit the event without trying to find it in the backend)

when your events pop up you will see the pencil icon

on the edit page you can see a list of attendees
download the csv and email them all

For searching

[add_eventon_search number_of_months=”12″ search_all=”yes” ] showed the search box but no events

[add_eventon_list number_of_months=”12″ show_year=”yes” event_count=”3″ search=”yes”] did not originally show the search box but does show a search icon that when clicked shows the search box. The test event shows once in November and Once in December.

Please, please, please make available start today and a number of days search options or better still for our requirement a filter today option to this shortcode so we can do for example [add_eventon_sv start=today number_of_days=”1″ search=”yes”] or maybe [add_eventon_sv filter=today search=”yes”] (Note that when Filter=today is used then the Month Name heading should also show the current day of the month for example NOVEMBER 14, 2024) – That will give exactly what we want – The schedule list for today.

2 Minor bugs discovered
1) https://worldjusticenews.com/news/test-eventon/ is set to the shortcode [add_eventon_sv search=”yes”]
The test event is set to have a startdate of 2024/11/11 and an end date of 2024/12/20 and a start time of 9 00AM and an end time of 5 00PM and Event Time Extended Type is set to None
However, while the list show the first entry with a correct from time of 9:00am subsequent entries show as All Day and not From 9:00am

2) Also as can be seen on https://worldjusticenews.com/news/test-eventon/ if for example the cursor is put over any entry, it highlights the entry which is great. When clicked a nice box opens then when the X is clicked to close that box, the entry that becomes highlighted is not the entry originally clicked – it is the entry with the approximate position of where the cursor was positioned to click the X for closing the box that had been opened.

then you can create your own shortcode and choose events list which will show however many months you want and you can hide empty months, tiles  etc

Cristiano, thank you for your message! I see, so the issue you are experiencing is when a user change and RSVP > No email.

Are you able to share wp-admin access to your site? I am going to work on this and see if I can get this resolved for you. Those notifications of RSVP status change work on our end.
