Hello,
Thank you for your messages, I am going to assign this ticket to Ashan and he will be able to take it from here and find you a solution. Please allow some time for him to get back to you, we greatly appreciate your patience and thank you for being a eventon customer! Also please disable any IP blocking on your site if there are any.
What I see when try to access the website after logged-in:
The version isn’t publicly available at the moment. We install it manually for now.
4.7.1 fixes the autoupdate issue. Please update manually to 4.7.1 and then it should work.
Available options can be found on this image:
Unfortunately, no custom link parameter is available.
Ah gotcha, that is because the update data pulled into WordPress, is not changed within the WordPress core once it is recorded as new version available which is higher than current version.
With the next update this will go away. 🙂
Thank you very much for the video. We are not able to replicate this issue on our end. We are running eventON 4.7.2 perhaps that might be the case. We are hoping to get the new version released in the next 2-3 days. Once it is released, please run it on your site and see if the issue is resolved, if not do let us know 🙂
We can not replicate this issue on our end. PLease give us more info on what you are doing to see this error?
Ok got it figured out.
The changes I made to your site will be in the next version release for tickets addon.

Ah…. I see my confusion on item 1. I thought I was able to click on the eventon_now and eventon_now_next using ux_val=”?” and be able to http link to another page within my site or another site altogether.
