WPML is exactly what you need in this case. Please take a look at
https://docs.myeventon.com/documentations/wpml-eventon-front-end/
You need to enable it in your shortcodes and then when customer go from the shortcode to events, all fields will be translated.

Please send us wp-admin access to your site from “Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.
Could you go to EventON > EventCard > make sure that Designer isn’t empty? Also try saving it.

With JSON you need to use these two to get events from a certain category:
event_type (int) event type category term ID(s) separated by commas
event_type_{x} (int) event type {x} category term ID(s) separated by commas
But then the filtering should be done by PHP using
start
end

Have you tried following the second part of the message:
Next, please go to EventON > Tickets > Checkout > enable Enable auto complete ticket orders. Now all your orders should complete automatically.
