Ok, finally working…

FYI, our event is past (we openned this ticket 1 month ago), we had to use a system called Urbanaut that cost us money.

What can you do to compensate for our loss?

Sergio, this is a great suggestion!! We will add an option to include just the ticket number or both, in the ticket and rsvp confirmations. 

We are also in the look out for webqrscanner libraries that we can implement the qr scanner right into the check-in page using a mobile phone camera instead of scanner gun.

Please allow us some time to process this and get a viable more efficient solution for you and others 🙂

I placed an order but I did not get any email (not in spam folders either)

but looking over that screenshot- is its coming from wordpress@ (in the upper left corner) but thats not the email you have configured to send from- that normally happens with a smtp plugin but I can’t see one installed on your site unless you have restricted our view in the backend

Sorry for the late reply. This seems more of a wp-admin interface issue. Probably caused by another plugin or theme. 

If you still having the issue and would like for us to take a look kindly share the wp-admin access to your website. This ticket is now private. 

Latest version of eventON 4.7.1 should resolve the tiles misalignment issue.

The latst version of eventON 4.7.1 should resolve this issue. with subtitle showing twice.

The latest version of eventON 4.7.1 and RSVP latest version 3.0.1 Should work fine in saving the settings for webhooks in eventON settings.

Actually I was able to find some issues we will release the latest version 3.0.2 late next week the latest with this fix in it. In the mean time here is the code change that resolve the existing issue with 3.0..1

This has been included for quite some time for RSVP addon. the latest version for RSVP is 3.0.1 

the additional custom field data should be passed into the webhook with that version. Let me do one more test and get back to you with results from our end.

this ticket is private. Can you please share wp-admin login link to your site and enable the API restrictions so we can do what debug we know and see if we can resolve this issue? 

It is working fine on our testing servers with restrictions on.
