I think something related to this i happening also when adding a new organizer or location in the event form.
If I accidentally click on the lightbox, outside the form (and sometimes i just am not aware of clicking, but selecting text, very recklessly, yes, from inside the form towards outside), the add new organizer/location dialog closes and I lose all the data I input.
For now I commented out this js event because it was making me lose a lot of work.
Kindly update to the latest version 1.4.8 for booking addon and that will fix the ad to cart confirmation dissapearing, make sure to clear cache.
