How do you extract the archive? What’s your browser and OS?

Please follow the instructions in this documentation to activate debug in your site to see any PHP errors recorded that can provide insight on to whats going on. Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

I’ve cloned the website to a staging server so we can better test this.
The wp-config file of the staging site has been modified to turn on the debug log.

I deactivated all plugins and the calendar worked.  When I turned them on one by one to see which one is the conflict, it appears to be Woo Commerce core.  I can consistently turn it on the Full Grid Calendar doesn’t work, and when I deactivate the plugin, the calendar appears.

I believe I sent login credentials in the previous ticket.  Those credentials will work on the staging site.
Please only log in to the staging site, and not the live site.
