It seems that there is no update for Event Builder plugin. Could you try clicking Download near EventON on CofeCanyon?

And also, is there a way I can make the seat bigger? The concern is the mobile users. I just have a few seats in a row so if I can zoom it in upon load or make the seats bigger that would be great. The setting that I can see is just 15×15 for the size of the seats.

Is the restrictions off for the moment? because the map is working on your website.

So on our tests in our dev site with google maps API restrictions it works fine.

Are you following the instructions in here?

They have changed the directions for API restrictions. Please check and verify.

We are also going to update the the API’s AdvancedMarkerElement in the next version update to EventON 4.7.2
