Hello,

When you search for a place the map automatically adjusts to show all events in the available space. Could you elaborate about what you are trying to achieve with screenshots if possible?

Hello,

We are working on fixing the autoupdate issue. The update will be available very soon.

Please follow:

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Could you try adding cal_init_nonajax=”yes” to your shortcode to make initial load without Ajax? Then test the website.

I just did some testing and realised that if I set to WP query only 1 month my customers cannot see all the classes, therefore I have had to change it back to All events so customers can book.

More months impact calendar’s performance?

Are you able to change the code so if you click the back button it takes you back to the page you were on rather than back to this month?

Please create a new ticket and select Feature Request as category so others can vote on your idea and get it moved into development faster.

We are working on fixing the autoupdate issue. The update will be available ASAP.

Unfortunately, every major update will have some issues since EventON is a quite complex system, so even after our multiple tests (from alpha to stable version), issues still can appear.

So the best option is to create a clone website of your live environment and update it first. You can also wait for .1 or .2 next new version that will be much more polished.

Hello,

I am sorry, the access information you have provided did not work for us. Please check them and post the correct login information as a private message, thank you!

It says that jQuery isn’t defined:

EventON as well as other js scripts on any website require jQuery.
