No issues on our test site:

Could you please try the instructions mentioned in this documentation?

If the issue continues, please send us wp-admin access to your site from ”Access Info” box on right side menu, to further assist your situation.

I tried to login to /cms/wp-login.php, but it keeps just refreshing the page.

About the issue, could you try going to EventON > Tickets > try changing Upon add to cart redirect customer to Do not redirect, allow adding more tickets to cart.

Also try going to EventON > Tickets > Checkout > enable Enable auto complete ticket orders.

Please add this CSS code to EventON > Styles (If you don’t see any change, EventON > Scripts & Styling > turn off Write dynamic styles to header > save settings > turn on Write dynamic styles to header).

You can also add this code to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

We have implemented this change to expand the size of the settings window.

Thank you for making this suggestion. We will see what we can do. We are considering moving towards SVG based font icons, which would only load faster with just XML code for the needed fonts instead of an entire class.
