You can set up wp-admin account, so we can try adding the code ourselves.

Could you also try adding the code to wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS?

A refresh of the cart and checkout pages doesn’t change anything – still empty.

There were two main areas where EventON wouldn’t work for this specific client.

1. This client holds many different events which are all free. It was important to them that there was ‘registration’ language rather than ‘purchase’ language. While EventON has a great ticket purchasing system, there is not a lot of options for offering free events, while still having a ticket/registration process, and removing any kinds of $ value or purchase language
2. Design was very important to the client and we found that we have to fit within their design rather than simple input EventON’s design into the site. Changing font types, styles, sizes, as well as the size of the event modules needed to be made. While EventON’s design is gorgeous, it didn’t fit perfectly with this client and there aren’t a lot of options for customization.

I have tried turning the Dynamic Styles to header with no effect.

 

Where do I insert that code?

Oops I submitted too soon.  I also need to cancel and refund the following transactions:

Order #196600 was placed on October 5, 2024 and is currently Completed.
Order #195893 was placed on September 21, 2024 and is currently Completed.

If you need to prorate the refunds for the days already used, that is fine.
