could the RSVP add-on be used to collect the emails and names and could we then use this information to invite user to register regularly for the conference once we have all the info and the registration online? Can the RSVP module be renamed to PreRegistration.  Is there another add-on we could tweak?

However, I cannot display all these tags at the same time if the event only takes place physically. Or is that still possible?

But it is not possible to create and display your own additional tags?

Except via the detour of renaming via the language.

The event ends on Feb 23rd, so it shows that End Time is 18:00 but on 23.

Unfortunately, OVH does not allow that. We would have to change Hosting.
