Sorry, I cannot discern which code exactly you mean. up until yesterday, only eventON has added code or given me code to add to the scripts & styling section

I was referring to .elementor-kit-5 h5 {} CSS style.

Which event are you referring to? On my side:

I understand that the check-in page has to be loaded anyway, but I think that if only the ticket number were entered in the capture field, the reading speed would increase.

This happens because in the tests I am doing with the scanner gun, the number of characters that are captured affects the speed of the procedure.

Or is it the same to capture:

“https://www.testsite.com/check-in/?id=TicketNumberId”

to just

“TicketNumberId”

When a large number of tickets have to be processed, those small capture times become a difference of minutes.

Comments from fixmysite.com (who assisted with the eventon upgrade).

We have been able to replicate the bug with the list of locations showing behind rather than above, we will try to add a fix for that but we may need to reach out to EventOn so they can release an official patch. We will investigate and let you know which route we’ll need to take.

The issue explained was also confirmed by www.fixmysite.com and suggest it may be an erro that may require a patch.

Disregard previous comment, I was able to resolve by going to EventCard>Designer and saving.  Then I made sure to save EventOn settings.
