theres another way to add your forms- by creating a template>section and then simply pasting a shortcode into your event where you want that form to appear

heres a video how to do it- I figured out how to do it in elementor for you- I don’t use elementor myself

and after we get this sorted we should create a new ticket for a new topic as theres a ton of replies for different topics within this.

this helps other customers as they can search the orum for our helpful replies topic by topic

I have tried to deactivate all plugins , same issue.

I have activated debug and log, no log generated; there is no error as such.

I also reinstalled Eventon from the server

 

i do not understand this issue and I cannot edit or add any event anymore, this is frustrating:

It didn’t previously. I even tried reinstalling the plugin.

After reading your message though, I removed and re-added the purchase key from themeforest/envato to see if that might help. It took a very, very long time to update but, thankfully, it did successfully.

This fixed the issue. The license was still active on the staging area. I will close this issue now 🙂

How do you update the plugin? Could you try following:

To update eventon to latest version: If you are unable to do autoupdate, you can go to codecanyon your account > download and get the latest eventon version as zip file. Then you can go to your website > make sure “Delete eventon settings & data when EventON is uninstalled” is Deslected from eventon settings, delete old eventon, install new one and activate. This link will further explain the process it. Also you can follow us on twitter to get real-time announcements on updates!

Location. Please go to EventON > EventTop > add Location to EventTop Designer.
