Please reply with a link to debug.log file. If you are not able to do this please send us FTP access to your site so we can do this for you.

What’s your current version of EventON? Could you make sure to update it to the latest version?

Please check for latest version of this software from here Your issue might be related to an older version you are running and we might have resolved this already in the newer version update. If you are on latest version of our software and the issue still persist please let us know.

So the issue you are having is: export event CSV file do not include ticket data such as price SKU. ? 

And the CSV Importer addon does not support these fields either? 

We are going to do an update to eventON and tickets addon that will add required code to support those missing fields. It make be end of next week when we can get this out to public.

I have disconnected Elementor and it actually works, but I cannot disconnect this builder because I already have the site very advanced.
I’ll give you the keys so you can access it to see if you can take a look and come up with a solution.
